To secure my spot, I must fully check out and pay for the desired product(s).
If necessary, I must request a refund within 24 hours of payment. A full refund will be sent via PayPal. After this time, no refund will be given, and I will be expected to submit artwork in time.
I know of all of this round’s important dates and times including, but not limited to, payment, refund, art deadline, shipping, and expected arrival time.
I have carefully read through and understood all of the product’s information page. These are Google docs that can be found at https://jimiagency.net . Any misunderstandings of the information pages is NOT The Company’s responsibility.
Any art submitted must be made entirely by myself, or I have explicit permission to use another artist’s work. If it is found that I use another artist’s work without permission, The Company may refuse to print my order, and no refund will be given.
I am allowed to update my work. However, after the final deadline, the latest submission will be used for printing UNLESS I SPECIFICALLY STATE OTHERWISE.
My files must be in the correct color mode, dimension, and named according to the product’s information page. The Company is not responsible for any mistakes I make. If The Company needs to change or fix my mistakes, I will be charged a fee.
A fee of $5 PER IMAGE (not design/product) will be charged for late art submissions. This fee also applies to any images sent with incorrect file formatting sent after the deadline. I can ask The Company to go over the files at least two days before the due date at no extra cost. If charged, it will be via PayPal. I understand that my products will not be shipped until I pay this fee.
CHANGE OF ADDRESS
My name, mailing address, and phone number are correct. I will immediately notify The Company of any changes to my shipping address.
None of the shipping options include insurance. I understand that if I want insurance, that I must tell The Company during this registration process. There will be an additional charge.
Once my products are shipped, I am solely responsible for any and all additional fees incurred, including customs fees.
I understand that The Company only provides shipping and communication services. Any legal repercussions, lack of sale, lost or stolen packages, or print quality dissatisfaction is NOT The Company’s responsibility.
